Jessica, Maureen, and Stevie met years ago while working for a grant that served mothers in the Kansas City area struggling with postpartum anxiety and depression. Through this project, we were able to guide hundreds of women through their mental health journeys and watch them grow and succeed in unimaginable ways.
During this time, we also all had children -- within three months of each other! This deepened our appreciation and understanding for the individualized challenges we as women face during such a critical time of our lives. Eventually, we decided that we wanted to bring our unique perspectives, zest for clinical work, and passion to our own practice which is now Wild Hope.
OUR HOPE IS THAT WE SERVE ALl who are suffering with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.
With various areas of expertise, including extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing, Wild Hope supports all in their path to healing.
