Hey there! First things first, no matter what brings you to this place in your life, you matter! Whether you're experiencing a big life change, realizing things just feel "off", or anywhere in between, therapy is a powerful tool to have in your toolbox. Starting therapy can feel scary and yet many people find healing through this process. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with women experiencing depression, anxiety, major life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma related issues. I also have experience working with parents who need help developing parenting strategies for challenging behaviors in children. No matter what you're bringing to our sessions, my hope is that we can work collaboratively to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
I believe as humans we typically work through the messy parts of life best with the help of other humans. Therapy is a sacred space and my goal is for you to find healing and wholeness in that space. Above all, you are somebody in this world and you deserve to take time to focus on you.
