FEE STRUCTURE:

At Wild Hope Counseling, we are out-of-network providers for most insurance companies. This means our services are paid in full by the client upfront. It also means we are able to dedicate more time and attention to the care you receive. Without the constraints of insurance company policies, our therapists have the flexibility to focus on what matters most - your healing and growth.

Though we are out-of-network, many clients can seek reimbursement directly from their insurance provider. We will gladly provide the necessary documentation to assist you in this process. Additionally, we accept HSA and FSA cards, making it easier for you to manage your payments.

Our commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care is at the heart of everything we do. We believe this approach offers you the space and time needed for meaningful healing - without compromise.
